With over 35 years of experience, David Stockley serves as President of Global Equity Lending with overall responsibility for mortgage operations. His previous positions with Shearson/American Express, Weyerhaeuser, and Meritage Mortgage Corporation, and background in due diligence, compliance and quality assurance for many Wall Street firms, means he brings a well rounded expertise in many facets of the mortgage industry to Global Equity Lending.

Randy Winningham has worked as Chief Compliance Officer with Global Equity Lending. He has 10 years of experience as a systems analyst and an Internal Auditor.
